At Alisastyle, we value every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order within 5-15 business days from the date of purchase. (excluding weekends and holidays)

• A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
• Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.
• It normally takes 1-3 business days to process your order.
• It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information.
• If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order, then we can ship it in one day.

• Shipment takes approximately 5-15 business days.(U.S. ONLY)
• Once your order is fulfilled, an email notification will be sent to your email with carrier tracking information
• Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
• Alisastyleis NOT responsible for any delays due to local disruptions.
• Alisastyleis NOT responsible for LOST, DAMAGED or STOLEN PACKAGES, please contact your local post office for more information.
• UPS Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
• We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses.
• If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact customer support within 30 days after your order was placed.
• Due to the pandemic, we can't guarantee the deliver period, delivery may extend. Updated shipping information will be sent to your email.
• If your order is still tracking as IN TRANSIT, we will NOT send another order or offer a store credit

As a boutique we carry several brands, therefore some sizes can vary, for this reason we do not have a general size chart as the info can vary from supplier to supplier. Therefore, we make sure to add sizing information (measurements) for each and specific item on every listing description. As stated this information can vary from item to item so we highly recommend to check the sizing suggestions and measurements that is provided on every listing description.

Bellow is a general US standard size chart for reference, but as stated we suggest customers to check each individual size chart provided on every listing description. Please base on your specific waist, bust, and hips as the basis for choosing your size .

According to customer feedback, our clothing and shoes seem small, we recommend a larger size than usual for a better fit. thank you for your understanding.
